Full alcoholic beverage service is available only to individuals aged 18 years or older (with valid identification). Individuals who are 16 years or older are allowed to purchase beer and wine drinks.
Guests must be 18 years or older to check in alone. Guest under 18 years must be accompanied by their legal guardian. Minors traveling alone may only check in if they present a written authorization from their parents. The authorization form must include the original signature of their parents (no copies) and a copy of their ID card.

The credit card used to make a reservation must be valid for the entire stay. Please present this credit card at the hotel upon check-in. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you must contact the hotel directly to arrange for third party billing.

Beginning October 1, 2008, the Munich city center has been established as a low-emission “green zone” and can only be accessed by cars displaying environmental badges on their fronts (regardless of registration in Germany or another country). High-emission vehicles are no longer allowed to drive in the city center. By law, vehicles not displaying this badge may be fined. Foreign visitors can now obtain environmental badges for their cars and trucks online.

Rollaway beds are available on request for a daily fee. Please contact the hotel for your extra bed request. A baby cot is available for free by request in every room category; however, the hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers or pillows with our crib. Guest must bring their own. Please request the baby cot in the Special Request section when booking your reservation.
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.

Hotel accepts cats and dogs. A daily pet fee of 10 EUR will apply for each pet and a maximum of two pets per room is allowed. Pets are not allowed in restaurants.
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
