Sheraton Club Lounge
Located on preferred floors, Sheraton Club guest rooms offer upgraded amenities, free bottled water, and complimentary fitness center access. Club guests also have special access to the Club Lounge. A relaxing, upscale space, the Club Lounge offers complimentary breakfast, afternoon hors d’oeuvres and a variety of beverage options. Currency Fluctuations
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Connecting rooms are only available in Club Rooms. In order to request connecting rooms, please contact the hotel directly.
Credit Card Policy
The credit card used to make a reservation must be valid for the entire stay. Please present this credit card at the hotel upon check-in. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you must contact the hotel directly to arrange for third party billing.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee may be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. Fees may be up to 90% of the given room rate. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Transportation Policy
Beginning October 1, 2008, the Munich city center has been established as a low emission zone and can only be accessed by cars displaying environmental badges on the front of the car. By law, cars not displaying this badge may be fined. High-emission vehicles are no longer allowed to drive in the city center. Extra Bedding Policy
Extra beds are available in every room category on request for a daily fee. Baby cots are available by request in every room category. Please request baby cots in the Special Request section when booking your reservation.
This hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers or pillows with cribs. Guests must bring their own. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
Starwood gift certificates are accepted. To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout is available on request, subject to availability. A fee of 10.00 EUR per hour will be imposed on guests checking out past the provided checkout time. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Small dogs are allowed.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Smoking Policy
Due to the Non-Smokers' Protection Act, smoking is banned in all public areas. This ban includes smoking in the lobby, bar, and restaurants.
Visa/Passport Policy
Guest must show a valid passport, visa or ID card upon check-in.
