Currency Fluctuations

For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.  Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card.  Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.

Credit Card Policy

The credit card used to make a reservation must be valid for the entire stay. Please present this credit card at the hotel upon check-in. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you must contact the hotel directly to arrange for third party billing.

Early Departure Policy

An early departure fee may be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date.

Transportation Policy

The hotel is outside the Environmental Zone (Green Zone). By Law, every vehicle entering an Environmental Zone - no matter whether registered in Germany or another country - now needs to display an Environmental Badge. Foreign visitors can now obtain environmental badges for their cars and trucks online. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Extra Bedding Policy

Rollaway beds are available on request for a daily fee. Please contact the hotel for your extra bed request. A baby cot is available by request in every room category; please request the baby cot in the Special Request section when booking your reservation. The hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers or pillows with baby cots. Guests must bring their own.

Family Plan Policy

Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.

Gift Certificate Policy

Starwood gift certificates are accepted. To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly.

Pet Policy

Small pets (under 35 pounds) are allowed for a daily fee of 25 EUR.

Credit/Debit Card Policy

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Pool Policy

From pool opening time to 8pm, the pool is available to the public as well as in-house guests. After 8pm, only in-house guests will be allowed in the pool.

Smoking Policy

Due to the Non-Smokers' Protection Act, smoking is banned in all public areas.  This ban includes smoking in the lobby, bar, and restaurants. Smoking is allowed in designated guest rooms. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Visa/Passport Policy

Guest must show a valid passport, visa or ID card upon check-in. Guests arriving from the airport will be required to pass through passport verification, and will therefore need to consider any visa requirements for entering the country.
