Currency Fluctuations
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms cannot be guaranteed and are on a request basis only. However, the hotel will try to accommodate these requests whenever possible.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee may be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. Fees may be up to 50% of their confirmed length of stay. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Crib Policy
Cribs are provided upon request free of charge for children up to 3 years old; however, the hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers or pillows. Guest must bring their own bedding.

Pet Policy
The hotel accommodates dogs and cats weighing less than 25 kilograms. A maximum of two pets per room is allowed, and a cleaning charge of 200 PLN plus 23% VAT per room will apply. Pets are not allowed in hotel outlets or restaurants and must be under owners’ supervision at all times. Guests must advise the hotel of pets prior to arrival. For consideration of other pets, please contact the hotel directly prior to your arrival.

Payment Policy
The credit card used to make a reservation must be valid for the entire stay. Please present this credit card at the hotel upon check-in. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you must contact the hotel directly to arrange for third party billing.
