Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed. Requests for connecting rooms should be noted upon booking. We will make every effort to honor these requests.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid current identification).
Only dogs weighing up to 40 pounds are allowed. Only service animals are permitted in food and beverage areas. Guests are responsible for excessive damage or cleaning if required.

Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to SPG guests who present valid identification and have hotel approval. There is a limit of $50 per day.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.

Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificate reservations must be guaranteed to a credit card. Gift certificates must be presented at the front desk at the time of check-in. Gift certificate reservations must be made directly at the hotel.
