From January 16 - 19, 2014, there is an annual festival occuring. Due to the extreme demand for this event, the hotel requires every registered guest to wear a bracelet (arm band) in order for our security department to easily identify people who are allowed in the building and on the guest floors. Compliance for these requirements is very important for guest safety and security.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).

Connecting Room Policy
Due to limited numbers, connecting rooms can not be guaranteed. Governor's suites connect to a Deluxe King room. Hotel does not have traditional kings or doubles that connect.
Early Departure Policy
Guests checking out prior to their departure date confirmed at check-in will be charged 100% of the remaining length of stay. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Early Arrival Policy
Every effort will be made to ensure your room is ready at the requested time, however, during periods of high occupancy, this is not always possible. If you will be arriving before noon and must have a room available for check-in, you are advised to reserve the room for the night before and alert the hotel of your arrival time.

Due to space limitations and consideration for guests’ safety and comfort, luggage is allowed in the lobby only while checking in and checking out of the hotel. Luggage can be left with our attendants if guests would like to explore the city freely before their reservation’s check-in time or for a short time after they check out.
Dogs up to 20 pounds are allowed. A deposit of $50 is required for all pets. The deposit is refundable at checkout time after a room inspection takes place.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment of room, taxes, and incidental charges. If paying cash, a deposit equal to the room, tax, and $50 per day will be collected at check-in.
