Sheraton Club Lounge
Located on preferred floors, Sheraton Club guest rooms offer upgraded amenities, free bottled water, and complimentary fitness center access. Club guests also have special access to the Club Lounge. A relaxing, upscale space, the Club Lounge offers complimentary breakfast, afternoon hors d’oeuvres and a variety of beverage options. Take advantage of the private Club Lounge where you can connect with friends, meet with your team, or simply relax by catching your favorite TV show. Need to get some work done? A copier/fax/printer and complimentary office supplies are ready to go.

Massachusetts Tax Increase
As of August 1, hotel tax in Massachusetts will increase from 9.7% to 11.7%.

ADA Policy
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid state driver's license.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
Babysitting services are not available.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid, major credit card. There is a limit of $50 per day.

Early Departure Policy

Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Pet Policy
Dogs up to 80 pounds are allowed. Guest must note weight of dog in reservation and sign a waiver at check-in. Dogs must not be left unattended in a guest room. No other pets are permitted.
Smoking Policy
This hotel is %100 non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee wil be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Telecommunication Policy
Local calls - $1.50 plus tax for first 60 minutes and $.10 each additional minute.
800/888/toll-free calls - $2 for first 60 minutes and $.10 each additional minute.
