Sheraton Club Lounge

Club guests also have special access to the Club Lounge. A relaxing, upscale space, the Club Lounge offers complimentary breakfast, afternoon hors d’oeuvres and a variety of beverage options. Take advantage of the private Club Lounge where you can connect with friends, meet with your team, or simply relax by catching your favorite TV show. Need to get some work done? A copier/fax/printer and complimentary office supplies are ready to go.

Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification). Alcohol consumed in public areas must be provided by the hotel.

Age Requirement Policy

Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.

Check Cashing Policy

Check cashing service is only available to SPG Platinum members who present a valid, major credit card with proper identification. There is a limit of $100 per day.

Connecting Room Policy

Connecting rooms are available but not guaranteed and need to be requested.  Please contact the hotel directly to request connecting rooms.

Credit Card Policy

Guests must present a valid credit card with proper identification upon check-in.

Early Departure Policy

Guests who check out of the hotel prior to their scheduled departure date will be charged an early departure fee of $50. However, the departure date may be changed up until the day of arrival without penalty.

Extra Bedding Policy

Rollaway beds are available upon request and availability at the time of check-in. There is a charge of $20 per night. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Gift Certificate Policy

To redeem a gift certificate, please contact in-house reservations directly.

ID Requirement Policy

Guest must present a photo id for check-in.

Late Checkout Policy

Late checkout may be possible, depending on availability, for a fee.  The late checkout fee varies, depending on the time of the requested late checkout.  For checkouts before 6pm, the fee will be equal to 50% of the nightly room rate plus tax.  Checkouts after 6pm will be charged one night’s room rate plus tax.

Transportation Policy

Shuttle Service to Disneyland is available for a daily fee.

Package Handling Policy

There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages.  Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.

Pet Policy

A maximum of one dog up to 50 pounds is allowed per room. No other pets, including cats, are allowed, unless designated as a service animal. A mandatory extra cleaning charge of 75 USD per room per stay will apply. Guests must sign a waiver regarding the pet regulations at check-in. Pets must be accompanied by owners at all times and be on a leash or in a crate in public areas. Pets cannot be left unattended in a guest room.

Credit/Debit Card Policy

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Payment Policy

A valid credit card and photo ID must be presented at check-in, and credit card holder must be present. The hotel accepts all major credit cards. Credit cards or cash may be used to pay for charges at checkout. Cash deposits are not accepted at check-in.

Smoking Policy

All guest rooms, all interior public spaces and the entire pool area are 100% smoke-free. Smoking is not allowed in stairwells or within 30 feet of hotel entrances. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest if evidence of smoking is found in their guest room.
