Sheraton Club Lounge
Located on preferred floors, Sheraton Club guest rooms offer upgraded amenities, free bottled water, and complimentary fitness center access. Club guests also have special access to the Club Lounge. A relaxing, upscale space, the Club Lounge offers complimentary breakfast, afternoon hors d’oeuvres and a variety of beverage options. Take advantage of the private Club Lounge where you can connect with friends, meet with your team, or simply relax by catching your favorite TV show. Need to get some work done? A copier/fax/printer and complimentary office supplies are ready to go.

ADA Policy

Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
The minimum age to check-in is 18 years of age.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to Platinum Starwood Preferred Guest members only and there is a limit of $300 per stay.
Connecting Room Policy
The hotel has a total of 32 connecting rooms. King rooms connect to two double beds and one room suites connect to one queen bed. Connecting rooms are on all 9 floors. All connecting rooms are requests and cannot be guaranteed prior to arrival.
Gift Certificate Policy

ID Requirement
A valid photo ID is required at check in.
Pet Policy
We welcome pets up to 50 pounds. A $50 pet deposit is required at check-in. The deposit will be refunded at check-out if there is no damage to the room. A grassy area to walk your pet is available on the south side of the hotel. Upon request at check-in, the following amenities are available: Welcome letter, Sweet Sleeper Dog Bed, dog bowl and disposable gloves. Pets are only allowed on lower floors and in standard rooms.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Smoking Policy
The Sheraton West Des Moines Hotel is 100% smoke free. There will be a $200 fee applied to the bill if evidence of smoking is found inside the guestroom.
