Rollaway beds are not allowed in rooms with two double beds due to safety regulations.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Early Departure Policy
Guests will be charged a $50 early departure fee if checking out prior to the scheduled departure date.

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Package Handling Policy
Package Handling is available for our guests at an additional price to be charged upon arrival. Prices vary based on package type and package weight. Please contact the hotel for more information.
Dogs up to 80 pounds are allowed. No other pets are permitted. Please advise if bringing a dog during the reservation process. Guests must ensure that pets are confined in kennels or appropriate traveling units when left unattended in the guest room. A damage waiver must be completed at the time of check-in.
All guest rooms are 100% nonsmoking. Hotel has designated smoking areas outside of hotel. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid, major credit card (photo identification). There is a limit of $50 per day.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
