Age Requirement Policy

Extra Bedding Policy
We are pleased to offer extra beds upon request, fees apply.
Family Plan Policy
We are pleased to accommodate children 11 years of age or younger in the existing bedding when accompanied by a paying adult. Children 12 years of age and above are charged as adults. Please note that rollaway beds, child rollaways, and cribs may incur a fee.

Early Arrival Policy
We are pleased to accommodate early arrivals based upon availability. To guarantee early check-in before 3pm, we recommend reserving your guest room for the night prior to your arrival date.
Early Departure Policy
Early departures will be treated as cancellations and subject to a 100% cancellation fee for the remaining reservation dates. Please contact the resort for additional information.
A photo identification—a passport or national ID (for locals)—is required upon check-in. Certain promotion-specific rates may also require verification via photo identification and/or membership card.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkouts are available based upon availability and subject to additional fees, dependent upon the time of departure. Please contact the front desk for additional information.
We are pleased to provide disability accessible guest rooms in our Lagoon and Garden Room categories. Rooms are based upon availability at the time of booking.
We are pleased to serve alcoholic beverages to guests 18 and older, with valid identification. Please note that guests will be charged a 500 THB corkage fee per bottle for beverages purchased outside the resort and consumed on-site.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
We are pleased to offer babysitting services for children aged 12 years old and under. A supplementary fee of 200 THB per hour applies; please note that 24-hour advance reservations are required.
Please note that swimwear is not permitted in the lobby area and/or main building restaurants.
Facility Use Policy
While the resort restaurants are open to the public, our recreation facilities are available exclusively to in-house guests. Visiting guests may access these facilities during opening hours for a supplementary fee, which varies according to the season and the day of the week.
Pets are not allowed at the resort.
Use of the resort pool is extended exclusively to resort guests. In addition, children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

All guest rooms and suites are non-smoking. However, guests are allowed to smoke on the balconies or terraces of certain buildings. Please note that Thai law prohibits smoking in all indoor public areas; however, there are designated outdoor smoking areas throughout the resort. A 200 USD cleaning fee will be charged to guests who smokes in a non-smoking room or public area.

Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
