Located on preferred floors, Sheraton Club guest rooms offer upgraded amenities, and complimentary fitness center access. Club guests also have special access to the Club Lounge. A relaxing, upscale space, the Club Lounge offers complimentary breakfast, afternoon hors d’oeuvres and a variety of beverage options. Take advantage of the private Club Lounge where you can connect with friends, meet with your team, or simply relax by catching your favorite TV show. Need to get some work done? A copier/fax/printer and complimentary office supplies are ready to go.
Hotel Renovations: July 7, 2014, to May 2015
The Sheraton Los Angeles Downtown Hotel is currently undergoing a considerable renovation. Please note the following:
Starting July 7th, our welcoming lobby will be located on the second floor and will feature the front desk, bell captain assistance, the Link@Sheraton(SM) experienced with Microsoft®, the Sheraton Fitness center, Hertz Rent-a-Car, and sundry items available for purchase. Our current gift shop closes on June 11.
Guest room and corridor renovations will be completed by the end of January 2015. No guests will stay on a floor where renovations are taking place. Club Rooms are available on the 10th floor, while our Sheraton Club Lounge remains on the 26th floor.
The Sheraton Fitness center is closed until late June, at which time it will reopen on the second floor. In the interim, guests have complimentary access to Gold’s Gym at 7th and Figueroa.
Brassiere Restaurant is now located on the 26th floor, which provides spectacular skyline views.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room. Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Check Cashing Policy
Hotel will cash personal checks for Gold and Platinum SPG Members only, with valid identification. There is a limit of $300 per stay.
Credit Card Policy
As a non-cash hotel, guests must present a valid credit card upon check-in. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Late Checkout Policy
The official hotel checkout time is 12:00pm. Late departure fees will apply as follows:
- 12pm - 3pm: 75 USD
- 3pm - 6pm: 125 USD
- 6pm or later: Full Rate
Only SPG Platinum and Gold receive 4pm checkout (based on availability). Please contact the hotel for further information.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
One dog up to 80 pounds is allowed per guest room per stay. Guest must sign a waiver at check-in. Guest must also agree to accompany the dog at all times.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Third Party Payment - Credit card authorization forms are not accepted. For prepayment, please call (213) 488-3500 to submit payment by phone. The following information is required:
- Confirmation number or name in which the reservation is being held
- Full credit card number
- Full name on credit card
- Date of expiration
- Security code on the back of the card
- Billing address for the credit card
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
