Minimum check-in age is 18 years old with a valid passport or with a GCC Nationals ID card.

Connecting rooms are available. Please contact the hotel for availability. Connecting room options are Junior Suite connecting to a Deluxe or Club King, Club King with Club Twin, and Deluxe King with Deluxe Twin.

Some rooms can accommodate rollaway beds upon request, for an additional fee.
Cribs can be provided  free of charge upon request. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Room rates include the accommodation of children (12 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds may incur extra charges; cribs are included in the cost of the room.

Standard check-in time is 3pm. An early check-in may be requested, but cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability. To guarantee an early check-in, your reservation should include the night prior to your arrival.

An early departure fee of one night's room rate will apply to guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. Prepaid reservations cannot be amended without forfeiture according to the terms and conditions of the reservation.

For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a passport and/or national ID card.

Standard checkout time is 12 noon. A late checkout may be requested, but cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability.

The hotel offers guest rooms accessible to the disabled on the first floor. The rooms are equipped with safety bars and a roll-in shower.

Also, one public bathroom accessible to the disabled is located near the restaurant area, and another is near the conference/meeting rooms area.

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid identification.

Pets are not allowed.

All travelers to Oman must have a passport valid for at least another 6 months after the intended travel dates and an Oman entry visa. Different visa options are available depending on Nationality, please consult your local authorities for your specific visa requirements.  

Designated smoking rooms are available; however, smoking is not permitted in public areas. 

Personal cheques are not accepted.

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.

For prepaid and non-refundable reservations, a guest must present the credit card used to make the reservation at check-in as well as valid identification. The guest’s name must match the name on the credit card presented. If a guest cannot present the same credit card that was originally charged, that credit card will be refunded; and the new credit card presented at check-in will be charged the same room rate as the original reservation.
