Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms can be requested based on availability at check-in. Our guest rooms offer the choice of two connecting double rooms or a double and a king-bedded room. Suites also offer various connection options. Contact the hotel directly for more information.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
The maximum capacity for standard rooms is four persons. Rollaway beds are available for king rooms only.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Departure Policy
Guests who check out of the hotel prior to their scheduled departure date will be charged a fee equal to one night’s room rate plus tax. The departure date must be changed no later than check-in to avoid an early departure charge.
Late Checkout Policy
Late check-out requests are granted based on availability. Guests checking out between noon and 4pm will be charged $75, while a late check-out anytime after 4pm incurs a charge equal to one night's current room rate. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Package Handling Policy

We are a dog-friendly hotel and happy to accommodate up to two dogs weighing up to 40 pounds each. No other pets are allowed. Though we do not require a deposit, guests must sign a pet-friendly agreement upon check-in, which includes a waiver holding the guest responsible for any damages that occur during their stay. All dogs must remain on a leash outside of the guest room, and are not allowed in any area where food can be served. The Sheraton dog bed and feeding bowls are available upon request.
Health & Well-Being Policies
Sheraton Grand Phoenix is a 100% smoke-free environment. A $200 charge will be assessed per occurrence of smoking on the premises.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to Starwood Preferred Gold and Platinum guests only, with a limit of $300 per stay. Please note that an ATM is conveniently located in the hotel lobby.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit Card Policy
The hotel requires at least 72 hours to process any credit card authorization form. Credit card authorization forms are not accepted for same-day reservations.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
Please call the hotel directly to purchase or redeem gift certificates.
A valid credit card and matching photo ID is required at check-in for payment of the room, tax and incidentals. If guest is paying cash, a deposit in addition to the room rate and equal 50 USD per day for incidentals will be collected at check-in, with any remainder refunded at check-out.
Payment arrangements via a third-party credit card will not be accepted within 72 hours of guest's arrival.
Purchase Order Acceptance Policy
We are unable to accept purchase orders. Please contact the hotel in advance to make alternate payment arrangements.
Tax Exempt Policy
Guest reservations booked as a consecutive 30-day or more stay will be eligible for exemption from State Lodging Tax, though municipal tax will apply. Government exemptions will only apply to guests who produce an exemption card issued by the U.S. Department of State, specifically naming Hotels/Motels as exempt. No other government exemptions will be honored.
