Sheraton Phoenix Downtown Hotel is a dog-friendly hotel. We are happy to accommodate up to two dogs weighing up to 40 pounds each. Though we do not require a deposit, guests must sign a pet-friendly agreement upon check in, which includes a waiver holding the guest responsible for any damages that occur during their stay. Dog beds and feeding bowls are provided. All dogs must remain on a leash outside of the guest room, and are not allowed in any area where food can be served. We regret that we are unable to accommodate other pets.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. A valid credit card and matching photo ID is required at check-in for payment of the room, tax and incidentals. If guest is paying cash, a deposit in addition to the room rate and equal $50 per day for incidentals will be collected at check-in, with any remainder refunded at check-out.
