Currency Fluctuations
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.
New Year's Eve Gala Dinner Information
For guests staying at the Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel and Towers over New Year's Eve, December 31, 2009, there is a gala dinner that is available for all guests. Options include the following:
- River Terrace seating: adults 7,300 THB, children ages 5 to 12 are 3,650 THB
- Tara Thong outside seating: adults 6,900 THB, children ages 5 to 12 are 3,450 THB
- Inside seating: 4,000 THB, children 5 to 12 are 2,000 THB
Prices are subject to 17.7% tax and service charges.

Mandatory credit card guarantee on all reservations.
ID Requirement
All overseas guests are required to present a passport for identification.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking Policy
We are pleased to accommodate requests for smoking or non-smoking guest rooms. Please note that by Thai law, smoking is not permitted in restaurants, bars, meeting rooms or public areas of the hotel. There are designated smoking areas at our riverside terrace located on the ground floor and outside the hotel’s building. A THB 7,000 cleaning fee will be charged to any guests who violate the smoking policy or smokes in the non-smoking rooms. A THB 2,000 fine will be charged to any guests who smokes in a public area.
