From September 2 to 9, 2018, a city wide conference will take place in Myrtle Beach. During this time, large trailers will need to follow the below parking instructions:
September 2 - 6, 2018: trailers should use adjoining convention center parking lot
September 6 - 9, 2018: trailers should use parking lot at N. Oak Street & 28th Ave. N.

Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are subject to availability but cannot be guaranteed. The hotel will make every effort to honor requests. Connecting rooms consist of Traditional, Deluxe, and Club Rooms, and each pair will have either one king-size bed and two double beds, or two double beds in both rooms. Please note your request when you make your reservation. Due to security policies, guests in both rooms must agree to connecting rooms at check-in. Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.

Health & Well-Being Policies
All guests must maintain a noise level that does not disturb other guests. We ask that non-registered guests curtail their visits by 11pm to ensure quiet for all of our guests. If a noise complaint is reported, security will issue a warning to the offending guest's room. If the noise or disturbance continues, guest may be asked to vacate the hotel at management's discretion.
Hosted events are not allowed in guest rooms, If you are interested in hosting or entertaining during your stay, please contact our Banquet and Sales department. Pool and fitness center privileges are for registered guests only.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.

Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
