Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of one night's room rate plus taxes applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date confirmed at check-in. Please contact the hotel for further information.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Facility Use Policy
The hotel's pool and fitness center are for registered guests only.
Dogs or cats up to 40 pounds are allowed. No other pets are permitted. Guests must provide a $100.00 deposit on check-in. The deposit is refundable at check-out if the room is in good working order and no damages. Pet amenities include a pet bed and a pet kit.
Health & Well-Being Policies
Please be advised that the hotel does not allow parties in any of our guest rooms and there is a maximum of 5 people allowed in any of our guest rooms. If you are interested in hosting a party or entertaining during your stay, please contact our Banquet or Sales department for further information about the hotel’s meeting spaces. We ask that all non-registered guests curtail their visits by 110pm to ensure quiet for all of our guests. Having a party or creating a disturbance in any of our guest rooms may result in the eviction from the premises and forfeiture of that night’s stay.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A cleaning fee of $250.00 will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Check Cashing Policy
The hotel does not accept personal checks unless it's submitted as payment for an advance deposit. All advance deposit checks must be received 30 days prior to arrival.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit Card Policy
When using a debit card, a hold for room and tax charges plus an additional 30% to cover incidental charges will be placed on the card. The hotel is not responsible for overdraft charges incurred due to the hold. For questions regarding payment methods, please contact the hotel directly.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus 250 USD to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
We accept all major credit cards upon check in and we can accept cash upon check out only. In addition to the credit card requirement for reservations, a valid credit card must be presented at check-in. If a guest wishes to pay cash at checkout, a credit card must still be provided upon check in.
