Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve and register into a room.

Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid identification.
Dogs are allowed. No other pets are permitted. A total of 2 dogs per room up to 80 pounds of total combined weight are welcome. Pet rooms are based on availability.
Guests will complete a waiver upon check-in and a non-refundable pet deposit of $50.00 will be collected upon arrival. The hotel reserves the right to charge for additional cleaning or damage caused by the pet. If damage is found after checkout, credit card on record will be charged. Please call the hotel to confirm at time of booking.
Pets are to be supervised at all times. Dog exercise areas are designated outside the building. No dogs are permitted in the dining room and public areas of the hotel.

Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid US Driver's License. There is a limit of $100 per day.

Credit Card Policy
We would like to make you aware of bank processes regarding debit and check cards. Should you choose to establish credit using a debit or check carding during your stay, please be aware of the following:
Your bank will place a pre-authorization of room and tax plus a $100 (depending on bank) incidental fee against your bank account for EACH day of your reservation. The funds in your account will be attached to the authorization and will not be available for use for up to ten days after checkout.
Should the amount of our authorization exceed the total funds on deposit in your account, you may be subject to overdraft of NSF charges by the bank issuing your debit or check card. We cannot be held responsible for these charges and are unable to assist you in recovering them from your issuing bank.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
