Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
We are a dog friendly hotel, cats are not allowed. Guests must sign a dog waiver at check-in and dogs are not to be left unattended in the room, but no deposit is required. Dog amenities—including a pillow, a bowl, and disposable bags—are provided at no charge upon request. The hotel will try to accommodate guest preferences; however, pet-friendly rooms are limited, and room assignments are made at the hotel’s discretion. Dogs are not allowed in food-service venues, including the Split Rock, Gooseberry Falls, and North Shore meeting spaces, as well as Restaurant 301, the 301 Lounge, and Club Lounge.
Health & Well-Being Policies
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. The smoking area is any outside area of the hotel. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid, major credit card (photo identification). There is a limit of $100 per day and $300 per stay.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly. The hotel only accepts hotel issued certificates.
