From February 4 to March 5, 2018, the parking garage elevator will be under renovations. During this time, there will be alternative routes to and from the underground parking. There will be directional signage displayed to assist guests. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 19 years or older to reserve a room. Guests must present a photo ID at check in.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available upon request, subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Requests for connecting rooms should be submitted at the time of booking. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds are available for a fee. Rollaway beds are not available for rooms with two beds.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.

For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkouts after 1pm will incur a $45 up to one night's room charge, plus tax. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 19 years or older (with valid identification) and is not permitted in public areas of the hotel.
Lost & Found Policy
All items found in the hotel’s guest rooms and common areas are logged and stored in our Lost & Found Department for two months.
If any of your belongings has been lost or forgotten during your stay or visit, please call the hotel directly and request to be connected to our Lost & Found Department.
In order to properly identify an item, you must provide a complete description, including the date and area where the item was left.
The hotel does not bear responsibility for any lost or forgotten items and cannot guarantee that items will be found. The hotel does not provide any compensation for lost or forgotten items under any circumstances.
Shipping or mailing of any found item will be at the expense of the owner. If you would like an item shipped back to you, please make arrangements with your preferred shipping provider, and we will ensure it is ready to be picked up. In order for your item to be ready for pickup, the hotel must be informed of the exact pickup date. The hotel does not take responsibility for any loss or damage caused during shipping or mailing.
If you have someone pick up an item for you, please provide us with their name and ensure that they have valid photo identification. The hotel will not release any item without valid photo identification.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
A guest room can accommodate a maximum of two pets with a maximum combined weight of 90 pounds. Pets cannot be left unattended in guest rooms. Pets must be on leashes or in crates, and must be accompanied by owners at all times. Pets are not permitted in the fitness center, pool, and restaurants. Guide dogs are exempt from this rule and are welcome in all public areas. Exercise areas for dogs are available outside of the building.
Guests must sign a waiver at check-in and pay a nonrefundable pet deposit of 25 CAD per pet. The hotel reserves the right to charge for excessive cleaning or repairs for damage caused by a pet. If damage is found after checkout, the credit card on file will be charged accordingly. The hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card on file to compensate guests who are disturbed by pet noises.
New passport restrictions for air, land and sea travel to and from the United States and Canada, Mexico, Bermuda, and the Caribbean have taken effect. Travelers are required to have a passport or other secure, accepted document to enter or re-enter the United States with all air travel. Most travelers can find information at the U.S. Department of State Website. Travelers from Canada should check with the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade.

Parties in guest rooms are strongly prohibited. If you are interested in hosting a party or entertaining during your stay, please connect with our Sales Department. Pool and fitness centre privileges are for registered guests only. Noise is expected to be kept at a minimum at all times, as the hotel has an obligation to provide our guests with a quiet and comfortable stay, and will not tolerate actions that will produce otherwise. We ask that non registered guests curtail their visits to guest rooms by 10pm. The hotel reserves the right to evict as well as charge a noise disturbance fee.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% smoke-free. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.

Check Cashing Policy
Personal Checks are not accepted. Checks can be used as an advance deposit if the check is received at least four weeks prior to arrival and the funds have been transferred successfully to the hotel. NSF charges will apply.
Credit Card Policy
Third-party credit card billings are not accepted for individual (transient) reservations. Only companies are allowed to arrange third-party billing with a corporate credit card.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. If a debit card was provided as payment, a cash refund will be provided for funds held in excess of the amount actually incurred and charged.
Gift Certificate Acceptance Policy
To redeem a gift certificate, please call our Reservation Coordinator directly at (905) 317-4519.
Cash paying guests must settle room charge and taxes upon check-in. In addition, a minimum 200 CAD incidental deposit is required. The deposit is refundable upon room inspection and the room is found to be free of physical or noise damages to other guests.
For prepaid reservations, the credit card used to make a reservation must be presented at check-in to verify identity, along with photo ID. Payment will be taken at check-in once the credit card is verified.
