Sheraton Club Lounge
Located on preferred floors, Sheraton Club guest rooms offer upgraded amenities, free bottled water, and complimentary fitness center access. Club guests also have special access to the Club Lounge. A relaxing, upscale space, the Club Lounge offers complimentary breakfast, afternoon hors d’oeuvres and a variety of beverage options. Take advantage of the private Club Lounge where you can connect with friends, meet with your team, or simply relax by catching your favorite TV show. Need to get some work done? A copier/fax/printer and complimentary office supplies are ready to go.
Hotel Policies
ADA Policy
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available. Items include TDD equipment and a wheelchair free of charge. Please contact the hotel directly to request these services.
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with valid identification to reserve a room.
Credit Card Authorization Form
Our hotel accepts credit card authorization forms for 3rd party billing. Please contact hotel for a fax or email copy of this form.
Pet Policy
Cats and dogs up to 30 pounds are allowed. Guests are responsible for their pet's behavior, actions, and consequences and must sign a waiver at check-in. No other pets are permitted
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Payment Policy
A non-guest wishing to pay for a guest's expenses must fax a Credit Card Authorization Form to the front desk for approval.
Pool Policy
Children under 14 years must be supervised by an adult at all times. Running and diving are not permitted.
Smoking Policy
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
