Connecting Room Policy
The property does offer connecting/adjoining rooms. Guests may request adjoining rooms in their reservation(s); however, adjoining rooms are not guaranteed. Requests for connecting/adjoining rooms must be in the same room category (Traditional, Deluxe, Executive, or Club).

Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Departure Policy
Guests who check out of the hotel prior to their scheduled departure date will be charged a penalty of $75.00. The departure date may be changed up until the day of arrival.
An early departure fee is also enforced at the hotel on certain rate plans. Guests may change and confirm the departure date upon check-in. Any changes made after check-in will incur an early departure fee. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Proper government-issued photo identification is required by the Front Desk for check-in to the Sheraton La Jolla Hotel.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
One dog weighing less than 45 pounds is allowed in a guest room. Cats are not allowed. Dogs cannot be left alone in the guest room under any circumstance. Guest must sign a waiver at check-in before dog is allowed in any guest room or public area. Dogs are not allowed in any food and beverage or pool area. A pet cleaning fee of $50 per stay will be charged to your room.
Health & Well-Being Policies
All guest rooms and interior public spaces are 100% smoke-free. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest if evidence of smoking is found in their room. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates are accepted as payment; however, gift certificate reservations must be booked directly by the property. The gift certificate must be presented upon arrival or the guest will be charged one night's stay at the hotel's published rate of that particular day.
