Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve and check in to a room.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are based on availability and need to be requested at the time of reservation. Families are given priority and should call prior to arrival to confirm the request (both reservations must be in the same first and last name). For security purposes, both parties need to be present at check-in to receive connecting rooms.
Extra Bedding Policy
One rollaway bed may be added to king bedded rooms for a charge. To comply with fire code rules; rollaway beds are not allowed in rooms with two double beds.
Hotel does not offer the option of a waitlist if sold out.

Early Departure Policy
Guests who check out of the hotel prior to the scheduled departure date will be charged a penalty of one night’s room rate plus tax. Additional penalties may be incurred based on the terms and conditions of the rate plan.

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid identification.
Refrigerators need to be requested in advance and will be issued based on availability. A daily fee of 25 USD will apply.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Dogs are allowed under the following guidelines:
Dogs are not to exceed 75 pounds.
Dogs can not be left alone in the guest room at any time.
Dogs are not allowed in any area where food is served.
Guest must sign a liability waiver and leave their cell phone number at check-in.
Cats are not permitted in the hotel.

Check cashing services are available to guests who present valid identification. There is a limit of $200 per stay.

Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
