Located on preferred floors, Sheraton Club guest rooms offer upgraded amenities, free bottled water, and complimentary fitness center access. Club guests also have special access to the Club Lounge. Scheduled Power Outage: November 24 & 25, 2014
On November 24 and November 25, 2014, there will be scheduled power outages from approximately 8:30am to 1pm. Please contact the hotel for further information.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older to reserve a room. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid, major credit card (photo identification). There is a limit of $100 per day and $300 per stay.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed. We will make every effort to honor requests. A limited number of Traditional guest rooms with a king-size bed can connect to a room with two double beds. No other connecting configurations are available.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of $75 applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date confirmed at check-in. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Gift Certificate Policy
To redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly at (410) 962-8300 x1989. The gift certificate must be presented at check-in.
Extra Adult Charge
There is an additional $20 per extra adult person added to the daily room rate after 2 adults.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Hotel only accepts dogs and each dog must weigh less than 40 pounds. Guests must sign a waiver regarding the dog regulations at or prior to check-in. The hotel reserves the right to charge for additional cleaning or damage caused by the dog. If damage is found after checkout, credit card on record will be charged. In addition, the following restrictions apply:
- Dogs are not allowed in the food and beverage areas (Morton’s, Oriole’s Grille, Banquet/Mtg Rms, Club Lounge) including pool areas and fitness room.
- Dogs must be accompanied by owner at all times on a leash or in a crate.
- Dogs cannot be left unattended in the guest room.
- Hotel needs dog name, breed, and weight.
- Proof of all required vaccinations including Rabies paperwork is required. Tag is not acceptable.
- All rooms are thoroughly steam cleaned after vacated by a guest with dog.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
