Club Lounge Information: July 1 – December 31, 2017
From July 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017, the Sheraton Club Lounge will no longer be serving breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays. During this time, breakfast vouchers will be available for Platinum guests and qualifying staying guests for the Orioles Grille. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older to reserve a room. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed. We will make every effort to honor requests. A limited number of Traditional guest rooms with a king-size bed can connect to a room with two double beds. Rooms with two double beds cannot connect to another two double beds.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds are available upon request and availability at the time of check-in. There is a charge fee per night. Please contact the hotel for further information.
An extra person charge of 20 USD per adult will apply if there are more than 2 adults in a guest room.

Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of 75 USD applies to guests checking out prior to the departure date confirmed at check-in. Please check the terms of your reservation for specific conditions or exceptions.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available; however, the hotel does not offer these rooms with two beds. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Hotel only accepts dogs and each dog must weigh less than 40 pounds. Guests must sign a waiver regarding the dog regulations at or prior to check-in. The hotel reserves the right to charge for additional cleaning or damage caused by the dog. If damage is found after checkout, credit card on record will be charged. In addition, the following restrictions apply:
Dogs are not allowed in the food and beverage areas (Morton’s, Oriole’s Grille, Banquet/Meeting Rooms, Club Lounge) or fitness room.
Dogs must be accompanied by owner at all times on a leash or in a crate.
Dogs cannot be left unattended in the guest room.
Hotel requires the dog's name, breed, and weight upon check-in.
Proof of all required vaccinations including Rabies paperwork is required. Tag is not acceptable.
All rooms are thoroughly steam cleaned after vacated by a guest with a dog.
If dog is left in the guest room unattended, the hotel reserves the right to remove the dog from the room and a 500 USD disturbance fee will be assessed. The owner will be held responsible for the actions of the dog during this process. The hotel will not be held liable for the health or condition of the dog while it is on the property.

Parties are not allowed in guest rooms. We ask that non-registered guests curtail their visits by 11pm to ensure quiet for all of our guests. If you are interested in hosting a party or entertaining during your stay, please contact Banquet and Sales department. Noise is expected to be kept at a minimum at all times.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.

EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
