Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available on each floor. The first floor has a King room connecting to a King room. All other connecting rooms are a King room connecting to a Double Queen room. There are no Double Queen rooms connecting to another Double Queen room available at this property. Please make a note in special services if a connecting room is requested. We will honor request based on availability.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds are only permitted in rooms with a king bed and are based on availability. Please submit requests at the time of reservation. In order to confirm a rollaway bed, please call the hotel directly.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
In keeping with our commitment to your comfort, the hotel warmly welcomes dogs weighing up to 40 pounds, although we do ask that animals are on a leash or in their owners’ control at all times. The front desk associate must be notified that you are traveling with a pet.
Guest comfort is our number one priority; therefore, loud or aggressive behavior cannot be tolerated. Guests must prevent dogs’ noises that will disturb other guests. If such disturbance is not preventable, guests must make other accommodations for their dogs. For the safety of our guests and staff, we also prohibit breeds that are prone to aggressive behavior, unless used for ADA purposes. The following breeds are not permitted at our hotel: Chow Chow, Old English Sheepdog, Rottweiler, Giant Schnauzer, Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, Doberman Pinscher, and Miniature Pinscher.
Pets are not allowed on the Club Level, and pets are restricted to the hotel’s first and second floors. Dogs must be kept out of all food and drink venues and pool areas. Dogs may not be left unattended, and guests must be present while any member of the hotel staff (such as a housekeeper) is in the room.
There is a $50 non-refundable pet cleaning fee. A credit card is required. Guests are also subject to any additional cleaning or damage fees discovered after their departure.
Health & Well-Being Policies
Parties are not allowed in the guests rooms or in the pool area. Parties can be booked via our catering department.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Credit Card Policy
The credit card holder must be present in order for the hotel to accept their credit card as a form of payment. Please contact the hotel directly for a credit card authorization form if the card holder will not be at the hotel.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
A valid credit card must be provided at check-in for payment of the room, tax, and incidentals. The hotel does not accept cash at check-in. A guest may pay with cash at checkout.
Third Party Credit Card – A non-guest wishing to pay for a guest in the hotel must submit a credit card authorization form via our secure website prior to the guest’s arrival. Credit card authorization forms can be obtained directly from the hotel.
Tax Exempt Policy
State of Georgia agencies are automatically exempt from occupancy tax with the presentation of a valid occupancy tax exemption form during check-in. Forms will not be accepted at checkout. In order to be exempt from sales tax the guest must present either a check issued by the State of Georgia agency or provide an agency credit card and a ST-5 form.
No other organizations, including nonprofit and government employees from states other than Georgia, are exempt.
