ADA Policy

The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available. Please contact the hotel directly to make these arrangements.

Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to guests 21 years and older with valid picture identification. Only alcohol purchased from the hotel may be consumed in public spaces.

Age Requirement Policy

Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.

EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy

Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel.  If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN. 

Early Departure Policy

An early departure fee of 50 USD applies to guests checking out prior to their scheduled departure date. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Early Arrival Policy

There is no fee for arrivals between 10am and 3pm, however, check-in is not guaranteed any time before 3pm.

Extra Bedding Policy

A room with a king-size bed can accommodate a rollaway bed, which incurs a fee and is subject to availability. A room with two double beds cannot accommodate a rollaway bed.

To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly.

ID Requirement

For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, passport, and proof-of-age card. Photo identification must also match the name that is on the reservation.

Late Checkout Policy

We are pleased to offer late check-out for an additional fee. For late checkout between 2pm and 6pm, a charge of 50% of the daily room rate will apply. For checkouts after 6pm, the full daily room rate will apply.

Noise/Disturbance Policy

Parties are not permitted in any guest rooms or suites. Up to four guests are permitted in a room or suite at any one time. Noise complaints are taken seriously and may result in eviction without compensation. Compensation may be given to guests who have been disturbed by you or your guests, and may be charged to your account at the hotel’s discretion.

Damage Policy

If damage to the hotel or a guest room occurs during a guest's stay, the hotel management will conduct an investigation and the guest(s) responsible will be charged accordingly.

Package Handling Policy

There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.

Pet Policy

We welcome dogs that weigh 40 pounds or less. Cats and other animals are not permitted. Dogs are allowed in Traditional Rooms only. Guests must sign a waiver at check-in. A 75 USD cleaning fee will be charged per stay. Additional fees may apply for any damages caused or excessive cleaning that is required.

Dogs cannot be left unattended and are not allowed in the hotel’s dining venues. Every dog must be on a leash or in a carrier while in a public area. A guest must be present while any member of the hotel staff is in a guest room with a dog, and must notify the Front Desk when leaving a dog unattended in a room. The hotel will provide a “pet in room” sign that must be displayed on the guest room door. Guests must prevent noises and any other disturbances by a dog.

Credit/Debit Card Policy

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Payment Policy

This hotel does not accept money orders or personal checks.  A valid credit card or check is required at check-in for the payment of the room, tax and incidentals. 

Smoking Policy

All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking.  A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy. Designated smoking areas are located outside the hotel for our guests.

Waitlist Policy

Hotel does offer a waitlist. Please contact the hotel directly to be placed on the waitlist. Guest should provide a phone number and will be called if a room becomes available.
