Early Departure Policy

Late Checkout Policy
The hotel check-out time is12pm, may be extended to 1pm without extra charge, subject to availability. Check-out time for Starwood Preferred Guests with Gold or Platinum membership level is up to 4pm, based on availability without extra charge.
Every ADA-compliant guest room has a built-in visual fire alarm and telephone notification device, as well as a roll-in shower, a bathtub with a grab bar, or a transfer shower. Amenities that are available upon request include portable communications kits containing visual alarms and notification devices, TTY devices, tub seats, and assistive listening devices for meeting attendees. Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
This hotel accepts dogs only. Dogs 40 pounds and under are allowed. The dog must not be left unattended in the guest room or public areas. For safety precautions, please contact housekeeping upon check-in to inform maid service of when you will be available. All pet owners will be held financially responsible for any damages, cleaning expenses, and/or professional handling charges incurred by their pets. Health & Well-Being Policies
Social gatherings are not permitted in guest rooms. A maximum of five people are permitted in a room at any one time. After 10pm, there is a zero-tolerance policy regarding noise on guest floors. Noise complaints may result in eviction without compensation.

The hotel is 100% smoke-free. Smoking is permitted outside the hotel in designated areas only. A 200 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present valid identification. There is a maximum of either $50 per day or $100 per stay.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Cash-paying guests must also present a valid credit card to cover incidental charges at check-in.
