Cribs are provided upon request free of charge. We regret that the hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers, or pillows with our cribs and ask you to bring your own.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (12 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds may incur extra charges; cribs are included in the cost of the room.
We are pleased to offer a waitlist. Please contact the hotel directly to be placed on the waitlist. Guests will be contacted if a room becomes available.
We are pleased to offer disabled accessible rooms. In order to confirm these rooms in advance, please call the hotel directly or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Wheelchairs are available free of charge and distributed by the front office or uniform staff. TDD equipment is not available.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
The hotel allows dogs and other animals that weigh a maximum of 18 kilograms (40 pounds). Pets heavier than 18 kilograms may be accepted at the hotel’s discretion. Please inform our reservation department before your arrival if you plan to bring a pet. At check-in, a guest must sign a pet waiver regarding damage and cleaning.
Dogs are provided with specially designed Sheraton Sweet Sleeper® Dog Beds and water and food bowls. Pets are not allowed in the hotel’s dining venues; this exclusion does not apply to service animals. A pet must be kept on a leash and wear a muzzle while in the hotel’s common areas. Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
