Connecting Room Policy
Please include your request for connecting rooms when booking your reservation. Connecting rooms can only be confirmed 24 hours prior to arrival.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
Hotel does not offer a waitlist.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Arrival Policy
The hotel does not guarantee a room being available prior to check-in (3pm). However, if a room becomes available earlier we would be more than happy to register the guest. Please call the hotel directly within 24 hours of arrival to check the availability.
Late Checkout policy
Late checkout is based on availabilty and can only be requested at check-in.
ADA compliant guest rooms are available. Please contact the hotel directly to make these arrangements.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older.
Dogs up to 80 pounds are allowed. Guest must notify the front desk and sign a waiver at check-in. Dogs are not allowed on the Club Floor and only in specific guest rooms in the hotel.
Health & Well-Being Policies
Social gatherings are not permitted in guest rooms. A maximum of four people is permitted in a room at any one time. After 10 pm, there is a zero-tolerance policy regarding noise on guest floors. Noise complaints may result in eviction without compensation.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present valid photo identification. There is a limit of $50 per day and $250 per stay.
Credit Card Policy
A valid credit card is required for all reservations at check-in to cover any potential incidental charges.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
A valid credit card is required upon check-in for all guests. Upon check-out, guest may pay using cash or credit card.
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
