Located on preferred floors, Sheraton Club guest rooms offer upgraded amenities, free bottled water, and complimentary fitness center access. Club guests also have special access to the Club Lounge. A relaxing, upscale space, the Club Lounge offers complimentary breakfast, afternoon hors d’oeuvres and a variety of beverage options. Hotel Renovations November 10, 2013 - February 2014
Beginning November 10, 2013, the hotel guest rooms will be undergoing renovations starting with the seventh floor and working down to the second floor. We anticipate completing one floor every three weeks. The entire renovation should be complete by February 2014. This work should have no impact on guests. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older.

Guests must be 21 years or older to reserve a room.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present valid photo identification. There is a limit of $50 per day and $250 per stay.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms can be requested if both rooms are under the same name and paid by the same guest; however, they cannot be confirmed prior to check-in.
Credit Card Policy
A valid credit card is required for all reservations at check-in to cover any potential incidental charges.
Early Arrival Policy
The hotel does not guarantee a room being available prior to check-in (3pm). However, if a room becomes available earlier we would be more than happy to register the guest. Please call the hotel directly within 24 hours of arrival to check the availability.

Late Checkout policy
Late checkout is based on availabilty and can only be requested at check-in.
Pets up to 80 pounds are allowed. Guest must notify the front desk and sign a waiver at check-in. Pets are not allowed on the Club Floor and only in specific guest rooms in the hotel.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
A valid credit card is required upon check-in for all guests. Upon check-out, guest may pay using cash or credit card.
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Hotel does not offer a waitlist.
