Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Pets are not allowed. Only service animals are allowed. No other animals are permitted.
Health & Well-Being Policies
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to Platinum and Gold SPG Members who present a valid driver's license and a major credit card. There is a limit of 50 USD per day.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
The hotel accepts credit cards and cash with a valid photo ID at check-in. Advanced third party payments for a guest room can be made by contacting the hotel directly for a credit card authorization form.
