Property Enhancement Information Until December 22, 2013
Until December 10, 2013, a snowmelt system will be installed on the front drive and pool area. The front drive will reopen on December 10 via an alternate entrance off of Ski Time Square. Prior to December 10, guests should park behind the hotel in the Gondola Garage parking lot and signs will provide directions to the front desk. Signage will direct guests from Mt. Werner Circle to the temporary entrances.
Also as a result of our renovation, the pool and Breezeway Café will be closed until December 22, 2013.

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Check Cashing Policy
The resort does not offer check cashing services.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available upon request, subject to availability. Please contact the resort directly to make these arrangements.
Early Departure Policy
Departure dates are confirmed upon check-in. During the summer season, guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date will incur a fee of 50 USD, plus tax. During the winter season, early departures will incur a fee equal to 100% of the reservation.
Extra Bedding Policy
Cribs are provided upon request, free of charge. Rollaway beds are available in all suites and in guest rooms with king-size beds, for a fee.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the resort directly.
All guests are urged to buy travel insurance for reservations during ski season. The resort does not make exceptions for weather related delays, unexpected illness or injury, unexpected work related obligations or other types of personal emergencies. Travel insurance is highly recommended for every reservation. The cost is 6.95% of the total reservation including tax.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the resort directly for the exact fee.
We are pleased to welcome dogs of up to 80 pounds into the main resort at no additional charge. However, pets are not allowed in Village Inn Studios or Condos. Please note that pets may not be left unattended at anytime, even when in a crate. Additionally, dogs are not allowed in dining, golf course areas, or at the pool. Guests are required to sign a waver at check-in and the resort reserves the right to charge a fee if damages are incurred.
If you plan on bringing a pet, please notify the resort at the time of reservation.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Please note that a valid credit card is required at check-in for the room, tax, and incidentals. Guests paying in cash must provide a cash deposit equal to the room, tax, and 75 USD per day.

Resort Charge Policy
The resort has a daily resort charge of 20 USD (plus tax) that includes the following: self parking in the underground parking garage, High Speed Internet Access in the guest room, two bottles of water daily, toll free and local phone calls, scheduled shuttle service within the city limits, ski/snowboard storage (winter months) and bike/golf club storage (summer months).
Per statewide ordinance, all guest rooms—including balconies—and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 200 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Tax Exempt Policy
Guests seeking tax exemption should provide a copy of the Tax Exemption Certificate at check-in, indicating the tax-exempt number along with a form of payment from the account of the tax-exempt organization.
