Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are subject to availability and cannot be reserved in advance. Inquire at the front desk upon arrival and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Extra Bedding Policy
Some rooms can accommodate rollaway beds or cribs upon request. Rollaway beds are available for a daily fee. Cribs can be provided free of charge. Please contact the hotel directly for further information.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds may incur extra charges; cribs are included in the cost of the room.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Arrival Policy
Standard check-in time is 3pm. An early check-in may be requested, but cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability. Fees may apply.
Early Departure Policy
When you check in, you will be asked to confirm your departure date. You may be able to change your departure date without a penalty if your rate plan permits and if you do so at check-in. After reconfirming your departure date, you may be charged an early departure fee if you decide to leave earlier.
Late Checkout Policy
Standard checkout time is 12 noon. A late checkout may be requested, but cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability. An additional fee may apply. Please contact the front desk morning of your departure to make your request.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 19 years or older (with valid identification).
All guests traveling with pets are subject to a one-time cleaning fee of 100 CAD per stay. Guests are required to sign a waiver at check-in and may be subject to additional charges if deep cleaning or repairs are required. Rooms are steam cleaned upon check-out to prepare rooms for future guests who may have allergies.
Health & Well-Being Policies
All guest rooms and public areas are 100% non-smoking. A 300 CAD cleaning charge will be applied to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Checks are not accepted.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. If a debit card was provided as payment, a cash refund will be provided for funds held in excess of the amount actually incurred and charged.
Gift Certificate Policy
To redeem a gift certificate, please contact the the reservations support team via e-mail at email@example.com. Gift certificate reservations are accepted based on availability and valid for the date of arrival and departure. The gift certificate must be presented at check-in.
To purchase a gift certificate, please contact the Front Desk directly.
If you are paying by credit card or have a prepaid reservation, you must provide the card and matching photo identification at check-in. If you are paying by cash, you will be required to provide the full amount of your stay plus a 200 CAD security deposit.
For third-party payments (i.e., a non-guest prepaying a guest’s charges), please contact the hotel for a credit card authorization form that must be completed by the credit card holder. Forms must be received at least 72 hours before arrival. Authorizations received within 72 hours of arrival will not be accepted.
