Sheraton Club Lounge
Located on preferred floors, Sheraton Club guest rooms offer upgraded amenities, free bottled water, and complimentary fitness center access. Club guests also have special access to the Club Lounge. A relaxing, upscale space, the Club Lounge offers complimentary breakfast, afternoon hors d’oeuvres and a variety of beverage options. Take advantage of the private Club Lounge where you can connect with friends, meet with your team, or simply relax by catching your favorite TV show. Need to get some work done? A copier/fax/printer and complimentary office supplies are ready to go.
Special Conditions
Ongoing Renovations: May 17, 2012 - December 31, 2014
From May 17, 2012 to December 31, 2014, we are pleased to advise that as part of our ongoing hotel upgrading project, certain areas of the hotel are under renovation. These include parts of the lobby, the all day dining restaurant and some Club Room floors. Guests may experience noise or other disturbance from the renovations but we will try our best to keep it to a minimum. Disturbance will be limited to daytime hours only. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Currency Fluctuations
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Alcohol Policy
Alcohol is strictly prohibited.
Check Acceptance Policy
Traveler's and Euro cheques are accepted. Personal cheques are not accepted.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
