Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (12 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.

Early Arrival Policy
Check-in before 3pm is offered based on availability. A fee will apply. For assistance with making these arrangements, please contact the Front Office Manager, located at the Reception Desk. For more information, our Reservation Department (firstname.lastname@example.org) will be happy to assist.
Valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or a proof of age card.
According to Brazilian laws (Article 82- Statute of Child and Adolescent Law Nº8069/90), for reservations including children between 0 and 18 years of age, parents or guardians must present a passport or birth certificate for the child at check-in. If the child is accompanied by a guardian, an authorization for travel with others issued by the Juvenile Court must be presented.
Late Checkout Policy
Checkout time is 12 noon. Guests wishing to extend their stay will be charged a fee. Fees vary according to checkout time. Arrangements are subject to availability and should be made with the Front Office team located at the Reception Desk. For more information, our Reservation Department (email@example.com) will be happy to assist.
By Brazilian Law, the legal age for alcoholic consumption is 18 years of age and above.
Bathing attire is not permitted in the Lobby area or at the restaurants.
Dogs weighing up to 18 kilograms or 40 pounds are accepted for a 100 USD fee. For other animals, please contact the hotel in advance for further information.

Health & Well-Being Policies
The hotel is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of cash, jewelry or other valuables left unattended in guest rooms. Safe deposit boxes are available for the safekeeping of these items. The hotel's liability regarding items in the safe deposit box is limited to the equivalent of the rate of a one night stay.
Beach Security Beaches are public under Brazilian law. Therefore, valuables or personal belongings should not be taken to the beach, as their safety cannot be assured, nor does the hotel assume responsibility for these items.
Unregistered Persons Entertainment in mixed company or private visits from unregistered persons, in hotel guest room, is not permitted. A maximum of 2 (two) people are permitted to be registered to a room and must provide valid identification: passport, ID card or driver's license.
The hotel has the right to request guests and/or third parties, to vacate room or leave the hotel premises, whenever not respecting any article of the hotel’s internal rules, or behaving improperly at the criteria of the hotel management.
Unacceptable Use of Windows And Balconies Brazilian law prohibits hanging clothing and other objects from windows and balconies.
Hotel Limited Liability The hotel will not be held responsible for the acts or omissions of third persons, hotel employees or representatives, occurring on the premises, except, when they arise out of the strict performance of hotel employee's or representative duties. In any case, the hotel will not be held responsible under any circumstances for damages in excess to the equivalent of 10 (ten) times the daily room rate of the person to whom it is liable.
Lost and Found Articles left behind by hotel guests and found after departure will be kept for collection by owner up to 90 (ninety) days. After that time, unclaimed items will be disposed by the hotel as seen fit.
Check Cashing Policy
The hotel does not offer check cashing services.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Guests can book rates and packages in local currency and with credit cards issued in Brazil and pay in up to 6 installments with Visa, American Express and Mastercard.
The installment will be applied only for the daily rates plus taxes.
Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
All guest hotel charges are due upon presentation of hotel bill. Special payment requests or credit information must be cleared in advance with the hotel's credit department, Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
Balance due to the hotel which is not paid upon checkout will be subject to monetary correction based on the rate of variation of IPCR (Referential Interest Rate) and will also be subject to 10% fine as well as a 1% finance charge per month. Any additional judicial charges will be the responsibility of the debtor.
On some occasions, the resort may request full prepayment by credit card or deposit. A guest who uses a credit card during such an occasion must send a signed billing authorization.
Third Party Credit Card Payments – A non-guest wishing to pay for a guest in the hotel must complete an Authorization Approval form and fax/e-mail prior to the guest’s arrival. Please specify which charges can be charged to the credit card.

Resort Charge includes the following:

Two welcome drinks per stay; not valid if ordered by room service.
