Extra Bedding Policy
Due to fire code restrictions, rollaway beds are not available in the double-bedded guest rooms. Cribs are available but must be requested in advance.

Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of one night's room and tax applies to guests checking out prior to the departure date confirmed at check-in. Please check the terms of your reservation for specific conditions or exceptions.
Our hotel is compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act. ADA-compliant guest rooms are available upon request.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Baggage Fee Policy
There is a mandatory baggage charge for everyone who arrives by bus.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
One dog up to 80 pounds is allowed per room. A 50 USD non-refundable deposit will be charged. Cats and other pets are not permitted. Guests must sign a waiver at check-in and the dog must be accompanied at all times. Dogs are not allowed in the Club Lounge, restaurants, pool and Jacuzzi areas, or Health Club. Owners are responsible for compensation paid as a result of a dog’s noise, the cost for removing a noisy dog from a room, and any additional cleaning bills or repairs. Health & Well-Being Policies
The hotel has a strict "No Party" policy on the guest floors. Noise complaints are taken very seriously and may result in eviction without compensation. Guests planning an event of any size are encouraged to contact the Sales Office at (609) 441-2911.
The hotel is 100% smoke free. There is a designated smoking area outside of building. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to the guest's account should smoking occur anywhere inside the facility.
Third party checks are not accepted for payment.
Check-cashing services are available to Starwood Preferred Guests only, limited to $300 per day.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Policy

A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment of the room, taxes and incidentals.
All cash-paying guests will be required to leave a $50 (per day) deposit upon check-in, which is to cover potential incidentals charges (telephone calls, in-room movies, etc.). Any remaining unused balance will be refunded to the guest upon check-out. Debit card users will have $50 per day deducted from their account, and the unused balance will be refunded to the guest. Depending on the bank, it may take several days for the balance to reappear in the guest's checking account.
