Sheraton Club Lounge
Located on preferred floors, Sheraton Club guest rooms offer upgraded amenities, free bottled water, and complimentary fitness center access. Club guests also have special access to the Club Lounge. A relaxing, upscale space, the Club Lounge offers complimentary breakfast, afternoon hors d’oeuvres and a variety of beverage options. Take advantage of the private Club Lounge where you can connect with friends, meet with your team, or simply relax by catching your favorite TV show. Need to get some work done? A copier/fax/printer and complimentary office supplies are ready to go.
Special Conditions
Passport Restrictions
New passport restrictions for air, land and sea travel to and from the United States and Canada, Mexico, Bermuda, and the Caribbean have taken effect. Travelers are required to have a passport or other secure, accepted document to enter or re-enter the United States with all air travel. Most travelers can find information at the U.S. Department of State Website. Travelers from Canada should check with the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade.
Policies
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 19 years or older with valid photo identification.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older to reserve a room. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
Babysitting services are not available. Please contact the hotel directly for referral services.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid American Express or Diners Club card. There is a limit of $100 per day and $250 per stay.
Currency Exchange Policy
Foreign currency exchange is available Monday – Saturday from 9:30am to 5pm and Sunday from 10am to 2pm. After hours, the front desk can only exchange for US Dollars and British Pounds.
Early Departure Policy
In the event of early departure, 24 hours notice of the revised departure date is required to avoid a $50 CAD penalty.
Extra Bedding Policy
Extra beds are available by request for a fee. Availability not guaranteed. Not allowed in room with two double beds. Cribs are free of charge.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates are accepted. Please indicate the certificate number in the Comments field. Gift certificate must be presented at check-in. To purchase a gift certificate, please contact the hotel's front desk directly.
Guarantee Policy
A credit card guarantee is required.
ID Requirement
Valid photo identification required at check-in.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Parking Policy
Valet parking is available with in/out privileges for a fee. Covered facility has a clearance of 6-feet.
Pet Policy
Pets up to 80 pounds are allowed without additional fees. Guests must sign a waiver regarding the pet regulations. The hotel reserves the right to charge for additional cleaning or damage caused by the pet. Dogs will be provided a Sheraton Sweet Sleeper(SM) Dog Bed along with a Pet Welcome pack that provides useful information and supplies for your stay.
Payment Policy
Direct Bill Accounts - Company wishing to pay for a guest in the hotel must fax a copy of the front and back of the credit card prior to the guest’s arrival. Please specify confirmation number, arrival date and which charges should be charged to the credit card. Fax: 416-947-4867.
Pool Policy
Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult in and around the pool area. Children under 16 are not permitted in the whirlpool.
Security Policy
Security is on duty 24 hours a day for guest assistance.
Smoke-Free Policy
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Telecommunication Policy
Sheraton Club rooms have free local and toll-free calls up to 60 minutes. All other rooms will be charged for local and toll-free calls.
Waitlist Policy
Hotel does offer a waitlist. Guest should provide a phone number and will be called if a room becomes available.
