Located on preferred floors, Sheraton Club guest rooms offer upgraded amenities, free bottled water, and complimentary fitness center access. Club guests also have special access to the Club Lounge. Caribana Weekend Security Deposit August 2 - 3, 2013
From August 2 to August 3, 2013, all reservations will require an incidental security hold of $400 per room per stay due to the Caribana weekend. Should guests not have a credit card, cash will be accepted. Cash deposits will be refunded at time of checkout, pending incidental charges including guestroom damage. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Destination Marketing Program Fee
As of May 1, 2013, a Destination Marketing Program (DMP) fee of 2.66% plus tax will be charged for each reservation. The fee is remitted to the Greater Toronto Hotel Association in support of regional tourism development.
Exterior Restoration Project: January 25 - June 30, 2013
From January 25 to June 30, 2013, a restoration project to the facade of the hotel will be underway. The project will include caulking, small repairs and power washing. All work will be conducted during normal business hours. It is not anticipated that there will be any substantial noise increase nor any inconvenience to hotel guests. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 19 years or older with valid photo identification.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with valid identification to reserve a room. Acceptable forms include government issued state, provincial or federal photo identification.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
Babysitting services are not available. Please contact the hotel directly for referral services.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid American Express or Diners Club card. There is a limit of $100 per day and $250 per stay.
Connecting Room Policy
Please contact the hotel directly to request connecting rooms as early as possible prior to arrival, to ensure availability.
Currency Exchange Policy
Foreign currency exchange is available Monday – Saturday from 9:30am to 5pm and Sunday from 10am to 2pm. After hours, the front desk can only exchange for US Dollars and British Pounds.
Early Departure Policy
In the event of early departure, 24 hours notice of the revised departure date is required to avoid a $50 CAD penalty.
Extra Bedding Policy
Cots are available by request for a fee. Availability is not guaranteed. Not allowed in room with two double beds. Cribs are free of charge.
Children 17 years and under stay free in parents room if using existing bedding.
Family Plan Policy
Children 17 and under sleep free in existing room bedding. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates are accepted. Please indicate the certificate number in the Comments field. Gift certificate must be presented at check-in. To purchase a gift certificate, please contact the hotel's front desk directly.
ID Requirement
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, passport, and/or proof of age card. Additionally, a valid credit card will also be required at check-in.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Pet Policy
Weight limit of pets is 80lbs without additional fees. Dogs will be provided with a Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Dog Bed along with a pet welcome pack that provides information and supplies useful during their stay. Hotel reserves the right to charge for additional cleaning or damage caused by the dog. Guest must sign a waiver.

Payment Policy
Direct Bill Accounts - Companys wishing to pay for a guest in the hotel must complete a credit card authorization form which can be received via email and provided to hotel prior to the guest’s arrival. Please specify confirmation number, arrival date and which charges should be charged to the credit card.
Pool Policy
Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult in and around the pool area. Children under 16 are not permitted in the whirlpool.
Smoke-Free Policy
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Waitlist Policy
Hotel does offer a waitlist. Guest should provide a phone number and will be called if a room becomes available.
