Located on preferred floors, Sheraton Club guest rooms offer upgraded amenities, free bottled water, and complimentary fitness center access. Club guests also have special access to the Club Lounge. A relaxing, upscale space, the Club Lounge offers complimentary breakfast, afternoon hors d’oeuvres and a variety of beverage options. Take advantage of the private Club Lounge where you can connect with friends, meet with your team, or simply relax by catching your favorite TV show. Need to get some work done? A copier/fax/printer and complimentary office supplies are ready to go.
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Disability Accessible Policy

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Cheque Acceptance Policy
Personal cheques are not accepted.

Connecting rooms are available but not guaranteed and need to be requested. Please contact the hotel directly to make these arrangements.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of 100 Euros may be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date.
Early Arrival Policy
Should you arrive earlier than normal check in-time, you may be charged an extra fee of 50€ from 9:00am to 12:00pm, or 25€ up to 2:00pm. Please note these conditions cannot be confirmed in advance and are subject to hotel availability at the moment of arrival only.
Cribs are provided upon request (free of charge). Hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers or pillows with our cribs. Guest must bring their own.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Pets are not allowed.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of the entire stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by the bank or financial institution. The hotel is not responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Pre-paid rates have special conditions regarding the credit card provided:
- The credit card provided must be valid for the entire stay.
- The credit card used for pre-payment must be presented at check-in.
- If prepaying for another guest, please contact the hotel prior to arrival to arrange for a third party billing.
Third Party Credit Card – A non-guest wishing to pay for a guest in the hotel must fax an authorization signed by the cardholder. Please specify which charges can be charged to the credit card and fax the information to our secure fax number prior to guest arrival. The hotel does not accept credit card information via email for security reasons. For further information or to request an authorization form, please contact the hotel directly.
Company Invoice - The company to be invoiced must first be approved by our Accounts Department prior to the guest's arrival. Once approved, the company must send a fax to the hotel with request of invoice. Please specify on the fax which charges should be invoiced back.
