Guests must be 16 years of age or older with photo identification to reserve a room. Guests younger than 18 must provide their parents’ authorization as well as their contact details, and the entire stay must be fully prepaid before arrival.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available but not guaranteed and need to be requested.
Cribs are provided upon request. Hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers or pillows with our cribs. Guest should bring their own.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
The maximum occupancy for each room type is three persons. Please note this includes children and infants even when sharing the existing bedding. Regretfully, there can be no exception to this policy.

Early Arrival Policy
A guaranteed early check-in is available for a fee. The fee is £40 for check-in at 8am and £20 for a check-in at 10am. Please contact the hotel directly to confirm early check-in.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of one night's room rate plus taxes applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date confirmed at check-in. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
Pets are accepted. Please advise the hotel prior to arrival. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s credit card for additional cleaning and excessive damage caused by the pet. A signed disclaimer is required at check-in. Pets may not be left unattended in any area of the hotel including guestrooms. Pets are not allowed in restaurants, bars, or the gym. For dogs weighing over 30 kilograms, please contact the hotel directly before securing reservation.

Personal checks are not accepted. Travelers checks are accepted, with valid identification. Other conditions may apply.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
Gift Certificate Policy

Third Party Credit Card – A non-guest wishing to pay for a guest in the hotel must contact the hotel prior to the guest’s arrival.
Cheque – Traveller’s cheques are accepted for payment or exchange. Guest must show valid passport for the transaction.
Direct Bill – All direct billing must first be approved by our Accounts Department. The company to be invoiced must send a fax to the hotel with request of invoice. Please specify on the fax which charges should be invoiced back.
