Special Conditions

Currency Fluctuations

For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.  Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card.  Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.

Restaurant Closures

From December 19, 2009 through January 18, 2010, the Voyager restaurant will be closed for lunch and dinner.  The Gate will also be closed; however, Runway Café will be open until midnight (until 1:00 AM on the December 31, 2009).

Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).

Age Requirement Policy

Guests must be 18 years or older to reserve a room.

Babysitting/Child Care Policy

Babysitting services can be arranged through the front office before arrival or through the concierge during your stay. A fee will apply.

Check Acceptance Policy

Personal checks are not accepted.

Connecting Room Policy

Connecting rooms are available but not guaranteed and need to be requested. Please contact the hotel directly to make these arrangements.

Early Arrival Policy

Standard check-in time for the hotel is 3:00 PM local time. Early check-in is subject to availability, and we suggest to our guests that they confirm the room reservation on the prior night to guarantee the best available rate. Otherwise, a request for early arrival will not be confirmed until check-in time.  The early check-in fee is 50 Euro if you arrive before 9:00 AM.

Extra Bedding Policy

A maximum of one extra bed is allowed in select rooms. There is a charge of EUR 25 for an additional bed for children ages 3 - 17. An additional bed for a guest who is 18 or over will be charged at full price. Please note that most of our rooms do not have an extra bed and that we will have to place it by request.

Cribs are provided upon request at a charge of Euro 25 per day. The hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers or pillows with our cribs. Guests must bring their own.

Late Checkout Policy

Late checkout fee varies, depending on the time of day. For checkouts after 1pm, the fee will be equal to EUR 10 per hour. Checkouts after 6pm will be charged the full overnight rate.

Pet Policy

Up to two small pets (12 kilograms or less) are allowed per room. A cleaning fee will be charged per pet.

Payment Policy

Third Party Credit Card – A non-guest wishing to pay for a guest in the hotel must fax/e-mail a copy of the front and back of the credit card along with a credit card authorization form prior to the guest’s arrival. Credit card authorization forms can be obtained directly from the hotel.

Company Invoice – The company to be invoiced must send a fax with request of invoice. All direct billing must first be approved by our accounts department. Please specify on the fax which charges should be invoiced back to the company. Must be arranged prior to the guest’s arrival.

Pre-Pay By Check – If a company wants to pre-pay by check, we need to receive the check at least three weeks prior to the guest’s arrival in order to ensure the check is covered by the bank.

Smoking Policy

All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Visa Policy

Guests arriving by plane will have to pass through Customs. If you need a visa to access the Netherlands, you will also need a visa to reach the hotel.

Waitlist Policy

Hotel does offer a waitlist. Please contact the hotel directly to be placed on the waitlist. Guest should provide a phone number and will be called if a room becomes available.
