Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid identification.

Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present valid identification. There is a limit of $50 per day and $300 per stay.

Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of up to half of one night's room and tax applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date. Guests will be asked to confirm their departure date and length of stay upon check-in. Guests may be able to change their departure date without penalty at the time of check-in, depending on the terms of the rate which they have reserved. Extra Bedding Policy
Due to fire code regulations, guest rooms with two beds cannot accommodate a rollaway.

Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Fees are applied per item and based on weight. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
All disability assistance animals are permitted. Additionally dogs up to 40 pounds are allowed. A $100 cleaning deposit is required at check-in. Deposit will be refunded upon departure and inspection of guest room. No other pets are permitted.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment of the room, tax, and incidentals. For guests paying with cash, a deposit equal to the room, tax and $50 per day will be collected at check-in.

All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
