Early Departure Policy
Guest must notify hotel 24 hours prior to scheduled departure (confirmed at check-in) to avoid penalty.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid government issued identification.
This hotel accepts dogs weighing 40 pounds or less. Guests must sign waiver upon arrival at the hotel and will be charged a non refundable $60.00 fee per stay. Guests are also responsible for excessive damage or cleaning required. Dogs are not allowed to be left unattended in room nor are they permitted in the food and beverage areas. Leash rules apply.
The hotel values all of its guests and enforces a strict policy on noise and disturbances. Guests who violate this policy with excessive noise, overcrowding in rooms, or parties will be evicted without a refund.
All public spaces and guest rooms are 100% smoke-free. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates this policy. Smoking is allowed at distances greater than 15 feet from any entrance.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests. There is a limit of $50 per day. Starwood Preferred Guest members are permitted up to $300 per day with a valid major credit card on reserve.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
