From April 20 until May 24, 2013, the pool is closed due to resurfacing of the pool deck. Please contact the hotel for further information.

ADA Policy
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to Gold and Platinum Starwood Preferred Guest members who present valid identification. There is a limit of 50 USD per day.
Early Departure Policy
Departure dates are confirmed during check-in. Guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date will incur a charge of one day's room rate plus tax.
Early Arrival Policy
We are pleased to offer complimentary early arrival upon request and subject to availability. To guarantee early arrival, guests must reserve the room for the previous night, at the full room rate.
Extra Bedding Policy
The Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Rollaway Bed is available in rooms with a king-size bed.
Late Checkout Policy
We are pleased to offer late checkout upon request and subject to availability. Late checkout is complimentary until 1pm. Between 1pm and 4pm, a fee of 35 USD applies. From 4pm to 8pm, guests are charged 50% of the nightly room rate.
Pet Policy
We are happy to accommodate dogs up to 40 pounds and offer Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Dog Beds, along with bowls for our four legged friends. Pets are not allowed in restaurants or the pool area.

Purchase orders are accepted and must be submitted to the accounting department prior to arrival.

All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 200 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
