Hotel Policies
ADA Policy
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Reguirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to reserve and check into a room. Valid government ID is required at check-in
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid, major credit card and photo identification. There is a limit of $100 per stay. Platinum and Gold Starwood Preferred Guest members have a limit of $300 per stay or $100 per day.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are not available. The hotel can accomodate requests for side-by-side rooms (upon availability). Please contact Zach Engle at (954) 452-3209 for more information.
Extra Bedding Policy
The hotel does not offer rollaway beds. All suites features a queen size sleeper sofa bed.
Pet Policy
Pets up to 40 pounds and over 6 months of age are allowed. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by the pet. A pet waiver form must be fill out upon check-in.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Smoking Policy
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200.00 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
