Connecting Room Policy
Connecting suites are not available. The hotel can accomodate requests for side-by-side suites (upon availability). Please contact the front desk for more information.
Extra Bedding Policy
The hotel does not offer rollaway beds. All suites features a queen size sleeper sofa bed.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Package Handling Policy
There is a 3 USD per package fee to receive packages. If the name on the package does not match the name that is on the reservation, the package will be sent back to the original sender. Please contact the front desk for additional information.
One dog up to 40 pounds and over 6 months of age are allowed. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by the dog. A pet waiver form must be completed and signed upon check-in.
All guest must maintain a noise level that does not disturb other guests. If a noise complaint is reported, security will issue a warning to the offending guest's room. If the noise or disturbance continues after three warnings, guests may be asked to vacate the hotel at management's discretion.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200.00 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Check Cashing Policy
Gold and Platinum Starwood Preferred Guest members have a limit of 300 USD per stay or 100 USD per day. Guests must present a valid major credit card and photo identification.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Policy

In addition to the credit card requirement for reservations, a valid credit card must be presented at check-in. If a guest wishes to pay cash at check-in or checkout, a credit card must still be provided.
