Connecting rooms are not guaranteed. They are available upon request and are subject to availability upon arrival. Please note, standard rooms with two double beds only connect to standard rooms with one king bed.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rooms with one king bed can accommodate a maximum of one rollaway, for a nightly fee of $25. Local fire code restricts the hotel from providing rollaways in rooms with two double beds.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.

Early Departure Policy
Should a guest wish to depart prior to departure date confirmed for any reason, the hotel will impose an early departure feel of 50% of your confirmed rate for that night.
Valid identification required at check-in.
Late Checkout Policy
While late checkouts are not guaranteed; requests will be honored if available. If available, the hotel allows late checkout to 6:00 PM at a minimum of 50% of the original room rate plus applicable taxes. Late checkouts after 6:00 PM will incur a full night's charge plus taxes.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Dogs up to 80 pounds are allowed. No pet deposit is required, but a cleaning fee may be added if necessary. Pets must be accompanied by their owner at all times and may not be left unattended in a guest room. Guest will be required to sign a waiver to this effect at check-in.
Service animals that provide assistance to individuals with disabilities are not considered pets. They are welcome at the hotel and are not subject to the policies and restrictions that apply to pets or other animals. We ask that service animal owners still complete a waiver at check-in so that we have contact information of the owner in the event it becomes necessary.
Pool and fitness center access is only available to registered guests of the hotel.

Maintaining a quiet and sleep-conducive environment on guest floors is our highest priority. For this reason, we have a strict no party policy, and request that all guests maintain a respectable level of noise in their guestrooms.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. There are smoking areas located outside of the hotel. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates this policy. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Check Cashing Policy
Personal checks are not accepted at the time of check-in. Guests requesting to pay with a check are advised to contact the hotel directly and speak with the Accounting Department.

Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Credit card authorization forms are accepted. The credit card used to guarantee the reservation cannot be used for payment unless a credit card authorization form is received or the credit card is presented at check-in. Please contact the hotel for further information.
