Club guests also have special access to the Club Lounge. A relaxing, upscale space, the Club Lounge offers complimentary breakfast, afternoon hors d’oeuvres and a variety of beverage options. A copier/fax/printer and complimentary office supplies are ready to go.

Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid government issued photo identification.

Check Cashing Policy

Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid, major credit card. There is a limit of $50 per day and $200 per stay.

Credit Card Policy

Credit card authorization forms are accepted.  Please contact the hotel directly to make arrangements.

For debit card users, please note that your bank will automatically "freeze" your account for the amount of the estimated charges (Room and Tax for your stay +$50 per day for incidentals). This amount will remain on hold during your stay and for a period of up to 14 days after you check out regardless if you used the debit card as a final payment. Our hotel has no control over this, as it is the bank's policy. By being made aware of these policies it will enable you to avoid possible overdrafts on your debit card. If you have any questions regarding this, please do not hesitate to contact our Manager on Duty or any Front Office Agent.

Package Handling Policy

Small packages can be sent to the hotel at no cost and will be delivered to the guests sleeping or meeting room as noted under "Attention:" on the package. Larger shipments may be subject to a Package Handling Fee to be determined by the hotel on a case by case basis. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Outgoing packages may be sent from the hotel; however, the guest is responsible for any fees and must establish a form of payment before the packages are mailed.

Pet Policy

Dogs up to 40 pounds and cats are permitted. Dogs over 40 pounds are permitted only if they are service companions or if the guest has written consent from the hotel’s general manager. Guests must inform the front desk at check-in that they have a pet. Pets may not be left alone in a guest room at any time. A $200 cleaning and repair fee may be applied to the credit card on file should any necessary additional cleaning or repairs be found during or after a guest’s departure.

Credit/Debit Card Policy

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Smoking Policy

All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
